And yet, during these turbulent months, we’ve found ourselves silently boycotted — not for ourmessage, but for our passport. A wild reinterpretation of pop classics written by Jewish songwriters — from the BeastieBoys’ “Sabotage” to the Ramones’ “Blitzkrieg Bop,” Dire Straits' “Walk of Life,” and the anthem “Cecilia” — the EP celebrates the overlooked Jewish fingerprints on global pop culture. It’sfunny, furious, and unexpectedly moving. Released in March/April 2025, it sparked a fresh wave of shows across Europe. Previous Album: Catastrophic Life (2023)Still echoing in clubs and sweaty basements, Catastrophic Life is the Monkeys’ most adventurous album to date: ska meets afrobeat meets doomsday comedy.
